Michael Vetter becomes the new Managing Director of Hofer Tanktransporte AG

Hofer Tanktransporte AG is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Vetter as its new Managing Director.

Michael Vetter can reflect on a prosperous professional career, underlining his qualifications for this critical role. He earned his bachelor's degree in business engineering, focusing on operations management at the FHNW between 2006 and 2010. Over the last 12 years, he has successfully held various management positions at Bertschi AG in Dürrenäsch.

During his time at Bertschi AG, Michael Vetter was able to gain valuable experience and continually develop himself further. Particularly noteworthy is his successful tenure as General Manager of Bertschi BV, the Dutch subsidiary of Bertschi, from 2015 to 2020. In this position, he made a significant contribution to expanding the business in the Netherlands and further driving the success of the Bertschi Group.

From 2020 until he moved to Hofer Tanktransporte AG in 2023, Michael Vetter worked as head of the Bertschi Group's quality department. In this role, he played a crucial role in ensuring and improving the company's quality standards, as well as establishing and expanding the company's sustainability strategy.
